"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. "On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."

"They did a good job, their pricing was very competitive and they were right on time, they came when they had to come, they did some extra but did not charge me for it, and they put the fence in and I had no problems with the location, they are very knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent, there was no debris left after their work, and they walked me though the project to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also do other works, so I was considering hiring them again in the future for my roofing. My neighbor saw my fence and they going to hire Carl again for their fence as well."
