"Got off to a questionable start because I wasn't able to REACH ANYONE regarding my pending appointment due to incorrect email address. But I finally had to do some DEEP Web researching and was able to get in contact via email and was given my Handy Pro Cleaners contact info. I was relieved to be able to reach out to him an push back cleaning time due to another scheduling conflict. Otherwise you are charged a hefty reschedule fee!!!! Justin arrived as planned and quickly got to work. Justine communicated very well, we talked about my overall cleaning expectations, he was polite and respectful, didn't mind my dogs, and was professional. I enjoyed chatting with him while he cleaned. My son's came home from school and I realized we were in the way so we left and allowed him to do his thing! In addition, I also brought a mattress the same day of my home cleaning an left it on the porch while Justin cleaned with the intentions of moving it when my cleaning services were complete. Upon my return to my house 1hr later, Justin had taken OUT the OLD mattress and INSTALLED the new mattress and made my son's bed I was ELATED, because this was going ABOVE and BEYOND his cleaning duties! So KUDOS to him for doing that. As I walked around my home it SMELLED CLEAN and DISENFECTED......All Appliances were degreased, and wiped down in the kitchen and my cabinets sparkled, walls wiped down, floors swept, debris from behind my fridge swept and mopped, sofa was pet hair FREE, mirrors shining all throughout the home, windows seals cleaned on inside in ALL rooms, no COBWEBS ANYWHERE! Pet hair gone, Floors shining, fans dust FREE, trash all removed! OVERALL I HAD A GREAT 1ST EXPERIENCE USING A MAID SERVICE. I will definitely use Handy Services again and specifically ask for Justin S!!!!! The reason for the Responsiveness rating is the lack of customers ability to be able to REACH a HUMANBEING if PROBLEMS arise before a scheduled appointment time!"

"They did a great job! They cleaned up all the debris so well you couldn't tell that work had been done by looking at the ground. They came when they promised. I didn't have to be home while they worked, so I don't know how long it took them, but they did everything we agreed on beforehand. <br />"

"There many complicated challenges that had to be resolved. The 1903 style southern antebellum home had rear walls that were not square as common to the period of original construction. Secondly, the contractor had to clean up and modify first contractors work due to homeowners desiring a Ballew's system and not a frame rear screened porch. Every problem encountered found contractor normally proposing two solutions from which we could choose. When a problem required expert advice, the contractor brought the Ballew's expert to the job site where it could be discussed and resolved. The roofing system we wanted is not common to our area. We had special architectural requests accommodated which some did not believe could be done. Mr. Edge, without an increase to bid, found a way to satisfy our requests. This job had design angles and was not a simple job. Total cost included materials. We used a modified Ballew's system and composite materials. Also, we added one door installation and a re-installation of a door done by a different contractor. We are extremely pleased."
