"Arthur did a great job replacing our handrails. He was 100% with communication, everyone runs late or has a bump in the road at times. It’s how you handle it is what defines you, Arthur reached well in advance the day he ran late, much appreciated! Great communication, meticulous approach, and flexible, the first wood cap didn’t turn out the way we wanted, (it was much lighter) he was positive and humble, we discussed and experimented, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to make it right.
