Sometimes they don't call/email back, charge too much, don't show up, etc. And so, I look for a contractor I can trust, is a good consistent communicator, meets my budget and does great work. Casey met and exceeded all of these. If I could give him a higher score than an A+ I would. He showed up when he said he would. He texted or emailed me every night for a small check in about the project. He even texted me from the hospital when his wife was giving birth. The guy is committed! His work was awesome.
