"Luis was always at our home when he said he would be. There was a hiccup with the finish but Luis corrected the problem and the result is a beautiful Swedish finish wood floor. His price was reasonable especially compared to other local floor refinishers. He includes in his price to remove the refrigerator and stove and cover everything in plastic. We would definitely recommend Luis."

"My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. New Floors USA explained the entire process to us, which was very helpful to us as we had never had this type of work done in our home before. The New Floors employees did very clean work and they completed the project within the time frame that we had agreed upon. They also communicated with us often--they responded to our phones or returned our phone calls promptly. They were also friendly and easy to communicate with. They respected us and our home, as we are still staying in the house with our kids while they did the work. We will continue to use New Floors USA in the future."

"Zeus, Carlos and the whole team saved us! After we tried installing vinyl flooring ourselves, we realized the project was way too big. Zeus was able to get his crew in the next day, and they finished four bedrooms, a media room and an office in two days! They did awesome work, were always on time, very professional. We've already hired them to do the rest of the house!"

"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"
