We've bought multiple lamps and lighting equipment materials from him. He's repaired many of our older lamps. ALWAYS such friendly and professional experiences. We did a major bathroom and kitchen remodel and he provided guidance, expertise and a great price on lighting needs for that. One doesn't need lights/lamps every day, but over the years I keep coming back because he's so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and it's just always a great experience. This shop is truly an "old fashioned" experience in service and the whole experience - you just don't see this kind of help very much these days, and definitely not in a "big box" store. "Ross is exceptional. We wanted to add a ceiling spot light to a cathedral ceiling connecting it to an existing circuit used for an overhead fan. Sound simple but it wasn't as the fan was poorly installed by a previous owner of the house and ceiling joists made placement of the spot and running wires tricky. Long story made short, Ross got it done, overcoming several unanticipated problems along the way. First class. And, to boot, he's a nice guy - responsive, good-humored, and more than willing to go the extra yard. Reasonably priced. Definitely will call him again!"

They upgraded my circuit breaker panel, which was overloaded and very old, and replaced everything with brand new (and safer) equipment. I had several electrical outlets that needed to be moved on installed for a kitchen remodeled. Then I needed new coax cable brought into the house and new outlets installed for my TVs. Craig's crew works quickly, they are friendly and they are professional.
