"A friend recommended this roofing company when I needed a repair, so I reached out when my roof started leaking. From the initial call, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They arrived on time for our appointment, unlike other companies I had contacted that missed scheduled visits. After inspecting the roof, they explained the necessary repairs and sent a detailed proposal the following day. Though their bid wasn’t the lowest, their professionalism, transparency, and quality materials convinced me they were the right choice. The team worked efficiently, removing the old roof in a single day and completing the installation in just four more days. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the white cool roof will help keep our home cooler during the summer without constantly running the AC. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!"

"Amir is incredibly communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. He has extensive experience in all aspects of home renovation and remodeling, from pools, kitchens, and bathrooms to flooring and roofing. He understood the urgency of our situation and had his team at our home within 24 hours. He immediately knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. Amir is truly a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him for any future renovation, remodeling, or home improvement needs. I highly recommend him and his team."

"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors and family members, Overall, I would work with them in the future. Definitely"

"The Project Manager was excellent in working around the holidays, December 2025 rainstorms and crew availability to repair my November 2025 roof leak and interior wall damage however, two issues of concern were not resolved, i.e., despite the contract stating that "Painting all vents to match the roof", a vent was not painted because they claimed that referred only to any "new" vents installed, and there are 1/2"-1" gaps between some of the reinstalled tiles. Both issues were emailed to the company and discussed with the Project Manager but not resolved."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

"Exceptional experience! Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit exceeded our expectations with their prompt response and efficient repair work. The project manager was proactive in addressing all our concerns and kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof is now sturdy and secure, thanks to their expertise. 5 STARS!!"

"I had an excellent experience. I have a tile roof that needed repair. The estimate was clear and reasonable. The crew was on time and stated exactly what they were planning to do. Photos were taken of the roof before and after the repair. They were very professional and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone. Julie"

"Roof trim repair and painting. Estimate given and agreed. A few days later they requested an additional $ 4,300.00 for *unforeseen extra repair*!!!. Roof trims are plainly visible. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"Artizmo Builders built a brand new Mediterranean Style tile roof for a project of mine recently. Amazing work and worth every cent."
