Lev showed up when he said he would and did his very best working around the rain during the project. The house was always protected against the elements through the entire process. Lev and his team had a very high quality of workmanship and used high quality materials. At the end of each day, the entire crew worked at cleaning up the work site and did a very thorough cleanup at the end of the project. I am very happy with the new roof, gutters and skylight and would use Levs Construction again in the future. I highly recommend Lev."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

Fortunately, I find GAF is the major supplier of roof supplier and its MasterElite provides a good list of companies. Still, interview many from the list is very helpful and educational. There are still quite differences among them from the list. One asked me to sign the contract right on the spot. Fortunately, I did not. Later, I found they had the highest price. I chose Acorn. He owner, Mike, came did the estimate. The job was done as promised. The roof looks good."
