As he took the hinges off we noticed all sorts of unevenness in how they were originally mounted so he had to drill and chisel new channels just to make sure everything was even and then further “sculpt” the channels to accommodate the double action hinge. So not only did he get the handyman stuff done effectively but he did it in a very artistic way and seemed very pleased to have a job that he really had to get creative on. And in the end the job went 2 hours 15 minutes and he charged me for exactly that (no rounding-up funny business) Scott was great and I HIGHLY recommend him especially if the job requires someone who needs to think on their feet."
