"Highly recommended. First; when you hire Robert Clark painting you don't just get Robert- you will likely get the expertise of the whole Clark family! We had Dad and multiple brothers contributing their knowledge and oversight to our projects and it was much appreciated. For those who value a family business with generations of history in the Los Angeles area, the Clarks are your guys! We hired Robert and crew to do repaint/reglaze on a number of original hardwood windows which we had recently had repaired and rehung. The entire process was excellent; from initial consultation through cleanup and completion-- and he finished work was top notch. Their crew was professional and very attentive- everyone responded well to concerns and questions throughout the process. They took all the time needed to do a top quality job. Like a few other reviewers: We liked the work so much we added a complete stucco repaint for the house exterior while they were here! I will offer my only caveat; They were not the cheapest quote we received for the work. However, if you are bidding contractors to work on your home you know that price is only one factor-- you want to get the best work and best experience for your dollar. If you value attention, craftsmanship, knowledge and quality- these are def the guys to call!"

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"

"Gil did a great job. He replaced my roof on a Spanish Bungalow, the home is nearly 100 years old and had an old leaking roof. His quote was competitive, not the lowest but combined with the good reviews and a good first meeting I chose him. I also appreciated the details he provided and info in the quote. Some of the competing quotes were relatively vague as to what was included or not. There were several different roofing materials offered to me but Gil's option of Dibiten seemed like a good balance of quality and price. His warranty was very good. The work was done quickly, and they did an excellent job cleaning up every day, couldn't even tell I was having a new roof put on. Overall I would highly recommend Gil. Now just hope we get some rain so I can put this new roof to good use."

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.

"They guys that came out worked very clean and with very little noise....when they were finished installing they painted the piping along the roof as well as along the house the same colors, matched perfectly. then the electrician came out after the inspector gave his  approval, finished the clean up and completed the panel install, same thing,  he repaired and replaced any damaged stucco the same color as the house, perfectly....they all worked clean and were very professional very happy with the worked performed.
