"First of all, these reviews cannot possibly be true. This man overcharged me $550 to make a simple repair on an overhang. It was not a $550 job but I needed it done so I paid it. Secondly, the entire purpose of having rain gutters is to draw water away from your foundation, but he sent out incompetent guys who drew the water toward my foundation running the down pour along the side of my house instead of away, and finally resulting in bubbling stucco. When I contacted him to fix it, he had no record of the job, so it was on me to find the check and an invoice that was never provided to me. I provided a picture of the check and he still could not find the invoice and said "computers fail, sorry." After all of this, he refused to fix the issue prior to a major storm expected this weekend. He's not even interested in righting his wrongs. Completely unprofessional. Moreover, the check was issued to him personally and signed by him personally, so it's likely that he's not even documenting the jobs he's doing and is just taking the money on the side to avoid taxes. I'm disgusted by his lack of accountability, putting the onus on "the guys" as though he's not the owner of the company. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this man. He is dishonest and unaccountable to the core."
