"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"Sadly, I cannot recommend Evans Mechanical. I had some heater work done and some additional duct sealing was also needed, but could not be done for 9 weeks. The tech that repaired the heater(he did a good job), spoke on the phone right in front of me with the scheduler and placed me on the schedule for the first week of February, 2018. Since they hadn't called me prior to this week, I called Evans to only find out I was never put on the schedule at all. I was then told I would need to be put back on the schedule for another months wait. The scheduler acted like it was my fault, no apology. Needless to say, I am not pleased at all."

"I had been looking for a water leak for a considerable amount of time. It was most frustrating because the leak was greater over night than during the day. I was able to isolate the leak to an approximately 100 foot section. After digging for 50 feet maybe, I found a leak which was now located under the porch. Having developed a claustrophobic issue I checked Angie's and found John. He was here the next day and fixed the leak. It was a crack in the PVC pipe which probably opened further with higher pressure at night. Unfortunately that was only 1/2 the problem. We still used half again as much that night. I dug further and found another wet spot. John came out again. We discussed repair verses replace and also installing a pressure regulator at the meter. I decided to just fix this leak. If we have any further problems, we will replace. The next morning I was greeted with a major break in the line losing 10,000 gallons of water. Needless to say, I had John back to install a regulator and hang a new water line under the porch to the house. Job well done! <br />"

"<p>We had this company come out and give us a bid for a Bathroom Remodel. They were quick to come out and meet us and got the quote back to us in 2 days. We were very impressed from the beginning with the way they listened to what we wanted and also had some great ideas. Nicest guys to work with. </p> <p>I can't say enough about the quality of work that was done and the efficiency. The bathroom turned out beautiful and feels so new and clean. We are planning on having them do the remaining bathrooms and then the kitchen. I was impress at how quickly the job was done. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing, I felt very confident in their ability and they didn't let me down! I'll be calling them often.</p>"

"I was frustrated that they didn't cover our garbage disposal and they didn't cover the thermostat, otherwise everything we did there was great. I didn't have any problems. It's $50 a month, and then everything is covered. You don't have to pay for people to come out. When our hot water heater broke, we had to pay for the new water heater, but that just for the actual thing, not anything else like the service or installation."

"The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour or two. They were clean, courteous and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

"They came in cut holes in required places put in the PEX piping, put down paper on floors plastic covered as much as possible, it is a dusty process but they kept it down to as little as possible, only hang-up was waiting for inspectors, they, the inspectors, told us that the job was very good. Once the inspectors signed off they repached the holes and finished the walls to match the existing. Our painter came in and said they did a very good job patching, which saved him a lot of time and us money We are happy campers, have no problem recommending them. Their estimate came in at 50% of the other repipering company."

"Very well. immediate response from initial contact and an estimate was received. Adrian showed us our product options in the showroom. An estimate start date was given, they actually started ahead of time. The workers were on time everyday. Adrian or his brother were there every day on site answer any questions and to ensure the work was being done as contracted. Drop cloths were laid down each day to pick up roof debris and collected at the end of the day. There was minimal mess. Adrian was very helpful in answering all of our question and providing helpful ideas. I would definitely recommend So Cal Construction."
