"We had never had our carpets cleaned in the past and they were installed more than a decade ago so I did not know how much a carpet cleaning service could do at this point to clean and restore our carpets, particularly the beige and white one in our bedroom which had a lot of wear and soiling in the high traffic areas of the room. I made an appointment with Marc at Heaven's Best. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable and also honest about managing expectations on how much he could do to rejuvenate the carpet in our bedroom. The work overall was outstanding. The dark blue carpets in our hall, steps and upstairs bedrooms came out great and the outcome in our bedroom actually exceeded expectations as Marc was able to restore the color of the rug to it's original color. Marc's prep (vacuuming, dying of discolored spots on the blue carpets) was very thorough and the work and outcome was first rate. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and relieved that we now had a few more years before we might have to replace the carpet in our bedroom with new carpet or new hardwood floors. The cost for four bedrooms, a stairway and upstairs hall was very reasonable, particularly when you factor that Marc was there close to three hours. I would recommend Marc and his service without reservation."

"Second time i had an issue with then over charging me. I had setup an appointment for salt delivery and to check the water filtration system. In between the scheduling and the appointment the water filter issue resolved itself, they insist on still charging me $150 for the service visit ex the salt delivery. Keep in mind one technician came out to put salt in the water softener and “check” water system. I never got a bill or adked to sign anything, they just charged the card on file. Random charge just shows up on my credit card. Borderline fraudulent activity here. Would be very careful using them if you are a new customer. Further there filters are custom so you need them to change the filter every 4-6 months which you can only use them and they charge near $500 for this. Be really careful with this company! Not to mention they don't tell you, your water pressure goes down by 40% when u install this stuff!"
