After all was said and done, Ray charged us exactly what he promised for the water heaters (which was a bit less than Sears would have been) and only $90 extra for installing the faucet and fixing the tub drain, even though the faucet was a time consuming pain. We would absolutely have Ray back and asked for a stack of business cards to give our friends and neighbors. "
