He offered great suggestions to our original plan, and was excellent about consulting us for his suggested changes. He might not be the cheapest alternative on a per-hour basis, but he was absolutely great value -- he worked efficiently, showed up exactly when he said he would, and above all was a true craftsman who took pride in doing the job right. We had a catamaran stored underneath our house at the beach and he had to cut down some bushes in order to get the catamaran out. It has been under there for about ten years. "When we started, we did not know if we would rent it again full time, keep it for ourselves, sell it or go for a seasonal rental. When we saw the finished product, we knew we would not be selling. It went seasonal, and quite successfully. We are now enjoying it in the off-season and LOVING IT!!! Keith and his crew were most pleasant to deal with, and considering that this was a long-distance reno for US, things went quite well. <br /> The reasons for the lower mark for responsiveness was due to some difficulty getting in touch with him. Keith always got back to me, but not always immediately. Punctuality dealt with the length of time for the entire reno. We started @August, 2013 and were not finished until May, 2014. I know that part of that is due to his very busy schedule. Because the house was empty, I'm sure that his priorities were elsewhere sometimes. I do understand that, but I wish that it had taken less time. I left keys with him, and there was never a trust issue with Keith or any of his workers. THAT is very important to me! <br /> If we need more work done I would definitely use him again (although there's not much else he could do!). "<p>Restoration Exteriors, I believe, provided a fair price to begin with.  Haggling back and forth was not necessary.  We agreed on a start date as long as the weather cooperated since it was an outdoor project.  I paid 10 % deposit.  Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and we had to delay the start by two days.  </p> <p>Manager said that they will be there by about 8....and he was there right on time.  The supplies person showed up a few minutes later and unloaded the supplies in the drive way.  Few minutes later the work crew arrived.  There were a few choices to be made on look of some the items to be installed.  Manager had them create a couple of samples, I chose one of those to be the pattern to be installed.  After that the crew took over making the various pieces needed,,, doing the prep work.  It looked like that each of them knew exactly what they were to be doing once they arrived at the scene.  I made some soft drinks available to them.  One of the owners of the company came around lunch time to check how it was going.  They cleaned up at the end of the day/</p> <p>They only took a reasonable lunch break and worked until about 6:30 or so.  Almost the same work schedule was kept the second day.  Same was true the third day.  Work completed around lunch time, the quality assurance guy came and checked things out.  At the end of work the cleanup person cleaned up the drive way and picked up any scraps of metal from flower beds.  Wrapped up and left!  Few days later Manager and I met and I paid the remaining balance.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Jimmy was prompt and professional. We needed our front full glass storm door replaced as well as our entry door in our garage. The garage door frame had completely rotted out so we needed a pre-hung door installed. Once he had the door installed, he made sure to fill any small gaps with foam to help keep the garage weather tight. We have used All Handyman Services for small jobs in the past and have always been very pleased with his rates and his work."
