When the team comes though it's like they can read my mind and then some. Every time they do a job on our property, it's finished better than I wanted it and I'm pretty particular about what I want. Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
