"They cleaned the gutters and downspouts. It was very helpful that they sent photos to show that it was done well."

"Great service call. Aaron and his team cleaned the downspout and gutters of accumulated moss and debris and completed the job very quickly and effectively. Fee was reasonable and I would definitely call him in the future for additional work."

"Glad to be done with cleaning gutters out. Have several trees and was forced to use the 'basket covers' on downspouts to keep leaves and whirlybirds out of the downspouts that drain underground."

"Matthew did a great job explaining what his crew could do and setting the job up. He followed up with a call to verify that the work had been completed to my satisfaction, checking off another box related to excellent customer service. The crew was amazing. They worked well as a team and tackled the multiple tasks we had outlined for them ... cleaning a composite roof over our garage, the metal roof over the house, and the plastic roof over our deck. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts, power-washed our deck, and even found time to power wash the carport and front entrance to the house. We are not quick to recommend workers to other people, since everyone has such different expectations and tastes, but we do so with Expert Property Maintenance. Without reservation"

"Gutter and downspout and roof cleaning"

"They came out quickly to give us a quote to clean our gutters and roof and treat our roof for moss. They did the work within the week and did a great job."

"Two crew members actually showed up a day ahead of schedule to begin work, with the full crew arriving the second day.  We were told that the job would include the removal of three trailer loads of yard debris, but unfortunately they left a large (taller than me) pile of debris in the back yard at the end of the second day.  I did call and speak to Doug about this issue; he told me that he would get someone out to clean it up but that has yet to occur.

"Good communication throughout the project. Provided a thorough, professional written estimate with no sales pressure. Provided menu of options of various services. Gutter and downspout cleaning were hood, and “soft wash” of home exterior results were great!"

"Marfa and her associate were on time with all supplies. They were friendly but professional and cleaned my house to my expectations. Looking forward to having them here next week!"

"Hever and his crew did an excellent job painting my home. I had 4 bids, "Hever's" addressed my painting concerns the best. Using filler, sanding, and priming gave a great base for 2 coats of paint. My home looks new again! Crew was pleasant and efficient. Cleaned the area every day. I would definitely hire again."
