"Very hardworking and outstanding crew! They were amazing with their time management and communication. The wife and I were left very pleased and highly satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member needing service. That would love for the job to get done right in a reasonable time frame. The project supervisor Shane, was very trusting and reliable. He made sure to be on site to answer any question or even build a small talk conversation. He won't leave you disappointed. "Storm damage on our roof 2x this season and Warren Masonry handled it again! Great leadership with a dependable crew that cleans up after themselves and your property when they leave. Fairly priced with great communication and customer service. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!"

"It went very well. Most of the limbs were over buildings on the property, and the crew was careful not to let any of the cut limbs damage my roofs. They cleaned up better than I would have expected. Nicolas even went out of his way to blow out my gutters, as he saw me struggling with that unrelated job."

"I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"

"They was very thorough and the clean up was great , I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or construction done ."

"Clayton, with roof it forward was awesome to work with. I couldn’t recommend any more. He knew exactly how to get my insurance company to replace my roof and all I paid was a deductible. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome."

"Our realtor referred us to Sanders and Sons for critical repair of the brick around our foundation. We were merely looking for a functional result but Tim and his team made sure our brickwork looked beautiful. Could not have been happier with the process, communication, or the result. Would highly recommend Sanders and Sons!"

"Carlos is thorough and work was performed with excellence."

"This company replaced sheeting and all shingles on my rental. The work was done quickly and new roof looks great."
