"The initial deal included non-skid surface. The provider really pressed the idea of not doing the non-skid. I felt very pressured to make a decision on the spot. He should have mentioned this when we spoke on the phone before the work started. Initially the finish looked pretty good. It has been 6 months and there a few chips on the surface and I didn't even drop anything more than a plastic bottle in the tub.
He was very nice and professional but I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the work

Handy Gus came prior to service to get a preview of what needed to be done and once the date was set for him to come he showed up on time and performed the duties exceptionally. He was very professional and friendly and we will hire him again when more things are needed to be repaired or fixed.
