"Although it was a Sunday, Aire Serv just charges their regular assessment fee (no extra after hours fees applied). Aire Serv was able to get a technician out the same day AND fix my AC unit issue (already had the replacement part on hand - talk about being prepared)! Aire Serv also has this great courtesy service where they send a picture of your technician (for safety purposes), so you’ll know who to expect at your home. They also offer an EXCELLENT maintenance plan that I jumped on right away. Matthew, my technician, was the best! And they even let you note on your account when you have a preferred technician you’d like (which I, of course, listed as Matthew). "I called for an estimate and they were able to come out that day. The price was $1400 less than the quote from one of the bigger local companies. They were able to schedule me for Monday. They arrived and started right away. The job was finished in 4 1/2 hours. Our unit was original to our 36 yr old house so this was quite an upgrade."

"This job went very well. I scheduled an appointment with this company by phone and text. All I had to do was tell them the room measurements and they promptly gave me an estimate and time. I moved electronics out of the rooms and they handled the rest. The employees showed up on time and were very cheerful. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Well done!"

"I have used Stanley Steemer many times I’m the past, but not from this location in Cordova. Our technician, Ethan, arrived on time and we showed him the rooms, hallway and stairs to be cleaned. He asked if there were any spots and I showed him 2 in one of the rooms. We have a desk in one room and I assumed (first mistake) that all small furniture would be moved and plastic or blocks put beneath the legs to avoid transfer of stains onto the carpet. Ethan said he could not move the desk due to the computer on it, so we removed it. We do not follow contractors from room To room when they are working (second mistake), so we paid $220 when he was finished, only to discover he had moved NONE of the furniture (no bed, desk, chair or other furniture that was always moved in the past had been moved). I understand dressers and bookcases, but not the smaller items. This was a very expensive cleaning given that he didn’t move anything at all- so none of the rig beneath the furniture pieces were cleaned. Very disappointed and very expensive. The only thing Ethan DID move was a plastic carpet protector that was under the desk. Since it sat on the floor, it wasn’t exactly clean, but he decided to put it on top of an upholstered piece of furniture."

"Do not use this company for electrical work. I had a breaker replaced today around 2:40 pm and by 4:45 pm I walked to the back of my house and smelled a strong smoke order. I found that an outlet was smoking and there was absolutely nothing plugged into it or any other outlet in the room. I called conway immediately. I was told by the first agent that a service person would be back at my house between 6 pm and 9 pm tonight. Immediately after the call I received a text at 5:07 stating that my appointment has been scheduled for Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. I called conway 4 additional times to request that someone come out tonight for safety reasons. Every time the representatives told me that they were escalating my request. What that means is my emergency was not their issue. Finally at 7pm I called again and was told by an agent that no one would be able to come tonight and they were escalating my request to have someone to come in the morning. Not only did the phone agents lie"

"This is the 2nd job Hiller performed for me. The 1st was for installing a generator. Good job! This water line repair was like incompetent people trying to get the job done. The leak detection did not find the leak (a separate charge), however the 2 man crew that came to repair finally found the water line and repaired the leak. This is the only reason the rating is a 1 not a zero. The back fill crew damaged roughly 70% of my front yard. The drove the excavator across the entire front yard tearing it up. They were sent back to repair some of the damage, however they apparently didn't have the knowledge how to do this. They came back the 2nd time and swept the driveway and hosed it down to the curb. My yard took a pallet and a half to repair the yard plus dirt to back fill. Of course all was paid for by me. Will never use Hiller again for plumbing.. Receivred alot of "I'm sorry" from all who saw my yard they have never seen a yard that damaged before from plumbing work."
