Brain visited the property within 2 days of me contacting him and gave a quote on the spot. His awesome team first pressure washed the house & 24x30 detached shop. Then made all the necessary repairs, rotten wood, leaky areas, damaged Sheetrock, etc, Things I didn’t even see that needed attention. His team of 20 caulked & primed everything to the point the house looked like it had chicken pox! When finished my husband & I were astonished!! Friends said the house hasn’t looked this good in the 35 years I’ve lived here. The entire team was considerate, honest, prompt on the job & professional at what they did. "I paid for an inspection (required upfront) in December. They didn't come out for an inspection for more than 3 weeks. The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."
