"Jim and Son did a great job on our fence and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.?They took (3) days to finish since our lot is so wide, they took their time and did the job the right way and it looks fantastic. "Greg Rentschler and team were great. He came out quickly to quote our job. The work Timberseal did was fantastic. They power washed all our exterior decks and siding on our house. Then they stained and sealed all our decks and dock. Finished product is wonderful. Only minor complaint was that the work was quoted to be done in mid September (on August 2nd) and the work was not completed until the last week of October. BUT, it was done in an area of Indiana where its impossible to find contractors to do work let alone good quality work. Thanks Timberseal!"

"Very well. Rob the salesperson gave me an initial quote based on my "rough measurement" and when he came out the quote was pretty much spot-on. The installation team of Richard and Ian were fabulous! Professional, courteous, friendly and gave excellent input on some of the installation nuances. They were very tidy. I've used other fence companies in the past and I never received the level of service that I received from FFC Fencing. Everyone that I interacted with from Rob the salesperson to the office staff to my installers had a tremendous dedication to quality and customer service."

"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

He is very busy, but was on top of everything. <br /> Reeves wasn't the cheapest of the estimates I obtained, but they have been an established business for over thirty years and have proved reliable. Serafin and John were the installers. There was no wasted time or effort. They worked efficiently and effectively. There were a few bumps that occurred, but they were immediately addressed by Serafin. He was able to see the problems and come up with even better solutions. They finished the fence in two days; perfect, because my 'granddogs' were coming to stay with me the next day. <br /> Maria at the office is very pleasant to talk with, but not as good with following through. More than once she said she would do something within minutes after speaking with me. It would be days or even a week or more before I had an answer or would have to call back. <br /> The installation was finished on June 14. It is beautiful. I paid the remained of the bill the next week and asked for a copy of the warranty. After several emails and phone calls, I finally received it on July 27. <br /> My ratings would have been higher across the board if the customer service had been more timely. <br />"
