Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

He got all the inspection done. Tom gave us a contract with exactly what he would do and a timetable for payments. We added items along the way and Tom always gave us a fair price. The most important thing is that Tom is as honest as the day is long. We do plan on hiring him again."

"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. He took the time to talk to one of the home owners and made her feel a lot better. It was an upstairs unit so down stairs got damage. They worked so fast she was able to come bad to her condo in two days.I watch condos have worked with other companies. No one has ever work this well with me. They were just great.They were all very polite. Took care of these condos with much care.Were great with all the people involved. Made my job easier.Everything just moved along smoothly."
