"Holly Forest Tree Service did a large project for me to include trimming out trees so they would not hit the house in one of these high-wind storms, thinning out two huge monkey pine trees, trimming bushes, removing a small tree, and removing a huge old walnut tree. The reason for removing the walnut tree was it was starting to rot in the middle and I was afraid it would fall onto the small one-way bridge located right next to it and cause severe damage. This bridge is the only ingress and egress for several homes in the neighborhood and having the bridge out of service for even one day would be a nightmare for a lot of people. The workers did not mess around and they worked from the time they got here until the time they left (with a short lunch period). I never saw them sitting idly by or stopping to chat or talk on their cell phone. They have a strong work ethic and did an exemplary clean up job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree service."

My complaint against the Conley Tree and Chipper Service was premature. I understand now that when they did not leave chips from my newly cut tree, it was because the trunk was too large. He did promise to bring chips from other trees to replace said trunk, but I did not realize at the time that it would not be immediately. I should have trusted that he'd keep his word.
Within less than a week's time, Mr. Conley delivered even more chips than my tree could have made. I am a perfectly happy and satisfied customer. He was cutting trees down in a neighborhood up the road from my house and, as he earlier had stated he would, he not only more than delivered, but offered more chips whenever he has work nearby.
The three men who worked for him were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after the operation. I should have mentioned during my not so positive review Mr. Conley's kind suggestion to saw off two or three branches of another tree. He had noticed these limbs overhanging my roof and told me they should be taken out. He offered to do this for free.
The Conley crew did saw off the branches even before they went to work felling the tree I'd commissioned his company to take down. In my haste to post a negative review, I am ashamed I had to later be reminded by him of this.
Mr. Roger Conley has been most gracious and patiently endeavored to make me understand exactly what happened. The Conley Tree and Chipper Service is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau and received high recommendations from his local Chamber of Commerce. Both of which are why I wanted him to cut down my tree in the first place.
Supporting local businesses is very important to me and I definitely plan to use this company again.

"We had a very large maple tree that was hanging over our house. During the last hurricane a large branch fell on the house. We decided that it was time to take action and remove the tree. The tree was also playing havoc on our drain field. After a few quotes we decided to go with Taps Tree Service. Jamie and his crew showed up on time and completed the job without any issues. (I was worried due to the tree closeness to the house). They came back and did the stump grinding. They cleaned up everything and the yard was left in good condition. We will be using them again as we have many trees that need to be trimmed."
