"Katherine is "on point". She is very responsive and always got right back to me with any questions or inquiries. (I'm slower than her!) She's a great communicator and always sounds like she really wants to help you. We weren't all that easy to deal with, as we got quotes for a fence replacement, but ended up with a repair, due to a medical situation that came up late in our process. Even at that, she was very responsive, and got us all set for the upcoming "repair' that will give us a few years and then we will call Ergeon and hope she answers the phone! She's a "keeper"."
