"The team at HC Construction & Grading took on a major and challenging grading project at our mountain home in Dahlonega. We had several other companies come and look at the work and most were either asking a ridiculous price or afraid to take on the job. Once we hired HC they communicated very well and showed up when they said each week until the project was finished. The final results are better than we had imagined and we credit HC with seeing a better solution and executing it."

"We were very satisfied with the work completed yesterday Caleb and his team. Even with all of the weather delays the work was professionally completed. We were out of town for most of the work time, Caleb kept us updated with pictures of the progress and calls with any questions or concerns."

"I hired Donny to remove 16 trees and haul them off, and grade the land so I could build a 30X40 detached garage next to my house. Donny was very polite and professional when he arrived to quote the job. He priced my job at $11,250. He showed up on time with his crew for the job, and they were all so polite and respectful. They took the time to explain every step and what all was going to be done. I would highly recommended them to anyone that needs any work done."

"$150!! I paid it because they were there and the leak was flooding my backyard."

"Very professional and caring company. Canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Initially I was concerned about hiring someone from another part of Vermont to remove a 50 year concrete patio and pour a new one. Lance is as good, no actually better then he is polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Not a single scrub was damaged and I have never seen a construction site left so clean. Outstanding work!!!!"

"We used Stuart King and found him most professional, knowledgeable and conciencious. Highly recommend!
