Suppose to have 3 laborers, only had 2 which then meant 2 days to finish. Sod on pallets for an extra day was dried out (some) and not doing as well as rest of sod. Installation was delayed twice due to sod not being available and a mix up on when to be delivered. Sod was not ordered until day before required delivery (poor management). We were originally told that St. Augustine would be used for our shady lot but it was switched to Bermuda without our knowledge, Then we were told that Bermuda was what we agreed to from day one. We were really being called liars. However, Bermuda was on estimate but we were of the impression that maybe St. Augustine was a kind of Bermuda. Josh and the two laborers were very hard workers and were great. Summary: 6 pallets turned out to be 4, 3 Laborers turned out to be 2, and topsoil turned out to be a small amount of peat moss."
