The supervisor Joe was very clear and quick in understanding the scope of the work, and in explanation to my questions. He communicated very clear before the work started and after the work was done. The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete. "They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete.
