He told me exactly what he does and all the major systems in the home will be inspected from top to bottom and explained it so I could comprehend it. We then began on the outside and he explained everything as he went over it and suggested ways of fixing the problems and offered references if I needed them. We got to the inside and again he showed me things he looks for, the condition of my situation and ways to fix it or things that should be monitored. He addressed areas I had questions about and I felt very comfortable with his answers and explanations. I would highly recommend this company for your home inspection."

Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."
