"They are very good. I was looking for an organic fertilizer rather than pesticides and I called them up. They took the time to explain everything to me and I've been using them for about an year. If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional pesticide-based solution for fertilizer, they are certainly a company consider. My lawn hadn't gone downhill and it looks better than when I was doing it myself. However, they are not completely pesticide free unless you ask for it, but they do take measures to reduce pesticides when they have to use them."

"Arborist Enterprises representative showed up on-time and proceeded to take a full tour of our property along with my wife and I. The tour alone was amazing...he told us a lot of interesting things about not only our trees but also much of our other vegetation and gave us recommendations on how to care for all our shrubs and plants. We were both very impressed at the breadth of knowledge he had. After taking a full hour to tour the 0.5 acre city lot, he then spent another 30 minutes alone taking notes and mapping out our yard for their crew when they returned to do the work. We received a proposal in the mail within a few days detailing everything we discussed as well as the cost, we set up an appointment to perform the work and on the correct day and time their crew arrived. The work was completed in a couple of hours and to our amazement, even though we had a lot of trees trimmed and some removed, after they cleaned up you wouldn't even know they were there...amazing."

"I just moved into our new home in April and was so disappointed in the condition the contractor left my lawn. The seed was that disgusting ? contractor grade seed. I complained about the incompetent landscaper who had the audacity to tell me it is what it is and it will take a few years to look good, especially when they removed the topsoil and left me with clay. While visiting a neighbor, I could not help to notice their lawn was a carpet of green velvet. I asked how did they get a luscious lawn in such a short time and he commented “GRASSROOTS” and he explained it was his lawn service. I immediately called and spoke to one of the nicest and most honest professional businessman I ever met. He came next day and recommended to apply a soil fertilizer and in the fall aerate, over seed and apply compost. Below you will see 3 pics of before and 3 pics I just took a few weeks after Jay and his crew aerated, seeded and applied the compost. A miracle I cannot express how impressed I am with their integrity, honesty and the competence level is so high because they are passionate about their business and what they do. He will continue overseeing my lawn, in spite of me having an HOA who really mows the lawn. I now have my neighbor also using their service."

"1st application done. Waiting for other 6 pre-paid treatments and pest control spraying of the outside perimeter. If you want fast service don't call. It took over a week of calling too finally speak to someone. They were quick too leave me a written quote, but slow responding. She said they are a small business of only 5 employees and I could probably get a better deal with a larger company. I wasn't happy with my larger lawn care company and wanted a smaller more family type. I hope the rest of the season's treatments go well. Sorry can't say more since they have only performed 1st application to this date."
