"Late in 2019, my wife and I were presented with an opportunity to purchase a condo in NMB adjacent to a unit owned by my parents for 20 years. We had been in the unit previously and had pictures from a rental site available, so we felt good about this even though we had not been in the market to purchase a property. Once the work began, he was very proactive in updating us on the project and offered great insight when appropriate regarding adjustments to the original design plans. And the end product is fabulous! We have a fresh, modern "home" at the beach that is so much more than our considerable expectations at the onset of the project!"
