Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. "This is at least the third time Mark has cleaned and treated my roof and I have been pleased with the work every time.  On the first visit he installed OSHA-required safety items on the roof but that was a one-time expense because it can be used each time someone goes up there.
