From the minute I first spoke with him, I could tell I was working someone who truly loved what they did and really did everything possible to develop a good client relationship. I set up an appointment the day after and he was on time and went through a diagnostic of my sprinkler system and noted the few areas that needed repairs and replacements. He was very thorough, honest, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion given the amount of digging, replacing, and testing he did while he was here. "The repairman who came to my home was Sam King. We were on vacation in MN and a neighbor informed us that our lawn sprinklers were going off in the afternoon instead of early morning that I had previously set. I used HomeAdvisor to recommend someone to come and reset my system controller. I chose Affordable Landscapes and Irrigation based on published recommendations. Sam could not come immediately but kept me informed via text msg of when he could be there. He found that the controller needed to be replaced and after restarting the system he also suggested replacing the pressurizer. He gave me an estimate before doing the repairs which I considered reasonable. I was very satisfied with his work."

"They had to reschedule several times, but TMT did a good initial job replacing some turf and installing crush and run. Owner seemed like a competent guy. Wanted to use them for lawn care except mowing. I offered to sign a maintenance contract. Never returned several emails requesting help with my lawn or treatment for summer 2017. I can only assume they either are not professional enough to follow up or have so much business they can blow off the average homeowner."
