"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
