"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. "Suetam painting was hired to replace a rotted window sill, trim snd molding on an older 2 fsmily in north andover with PVC. The sill had to be made with pvc, then cut, trimmed, sanded to match to existing sills. Matues countersunk all the nails, filled all the nail holes, caulked all around the trim at the clad boards, 2 coats of paint on the pvc, then sanded, primed and painted all around the clad boards. He did a quality job on the paint work and exterior carpentry. I hired him based on his 5 star reviews. I have no regrets and I highly recommend you use him. Your complete satisfaction is his goal and he's a nice guy to boot."
