"I am a licensed 35 year experienced residential home remodeler / builder from Pasadena Ca. Johnny Randall bldg. B lic. 751367. I met Kevin through Home advisor /Angi. He has roughy the same experience and time in his field as I do in mine, we hit it off pretty much immediately. I introduced him to my friend who completely lost her home in the Eaton fire. Kevin worked hand in hand in designing her new Home, staying with the theme of the of when it was built in the 1922. Kevin took the time to learn and listen to the the both of our concerns & ideas, me as the builder , & my friend’s thoughts and wishes towards bringing A blueprint to Fruition, not just a plan but an actual foreseeable vision. He essentially brought a rough plan to life, spending the time to assist & interpret this build as we both hoped to envision . Long story short, we are currently going through plan check, looking forward to breaking ground."

"would recommend Remedy Residential to anyone and everyone. We are absolutely thrilled with the remodel Eric did for us as well as with how great it was to work with him. His skill set is immense along with his knowledge about old homes and new. In our case, our house in North Boise was built lathe and plaster in the 1930s. He knew exactly how to handle it and everything that comes along with working on it. He maintains good communication, has great recommendations and in general is an all around great guy. We appreciate all the work he did, all the sub contractors that he managed and for how well he kept everyone accountable. I will undoubtedly reach out to him again for our next project."

"My corporation was privileged to collaborate with Lancey Leon Designs on an important project for our Campus. Lanceyâ s skillset and expertise in developing elevations reflecting our projectâ s goal were in perfect alignment. She transformed our project of constructing a new Heart Education Center into a stunning 3D walkthrough with exact precision. Lanceyâ s keen ability to understand our ideas, communicate effectively, and bring the ideas to fruition is outstanding.
