"I submitted an online service request on Sunday and before 9 AM on Monday morning, Joey was calling me to set up a service appointment and was able to get out to my rental property same day. He provided annual service which was reasonably priced. He was super easy to work with, communicative and responsive and liked the experience so much that I hired him for my own property and had that service the same week (which was half the cost of another vendor who couldn't get out to my property for over 3 weeks). I highly recommend Joey / Meridian Air for any A/C service you need!"

"My dryer was not working because of a clogged dryer vent. I had a bunch of laundry to get done before guests arrived. I called and told him of my dilemma and read him my dryer codes. He explained what was going on. He was there that day and took out 2 gallons of Lint out of a 15' vent run. Woah. Lucky to have gotten this done. I had another service come out last year to clean my HVAC ducts. I thought I had them clean the dryer vent, but maybe I did not. Definitely will use Dryer on Fire to clean out my vents in the future."

"Advanced Heating and Cooling is a company of true professionals and excellent at their craft and trade. They responded to our need of which we certainly considered an emergency but they treated us and our situation as if it were their own. I recently heard one of their adds on the radio regarding attic fans of which they recently installed in our home. Not only are their teams courteous but extremely knowlegable and also provided solution that saved us A LOT money and increased the efficiency of our equipment and our home. "My biggest issues: Possible mold and damage to floorboards due to cleaners, damage to furniture, major inconveniences to the household, and no follow-up on resolving issues. The first cleaning left the floor soaking wet and required us to call them out again to fix it after 4 days (pictured). This caused a musty smell, and possibly damaged the floor underneath (we will be looking into that). The second cleaning sucked up the water, but then left a heavy cleaner smell throughout the house and did not remove the cat pee smell. We paid for nothing but a week of inconvenience with loud fans, furniture moved everywhere, and multiple tries to reach out and get this resolved. I vacuumed after the second cleaning and came away with a full container of dirt and debris, so I don't believe they cleaned anything (pictured). Other service disappointments: Unprofessionalism. On the first cleaning, I was discussing charges and final instructions with the cleaner. As we're talking, he stops and looks at the box of donuts on my counter and says "Oh, Krispy Kream. Mind if I have one?" Before I even answer, and as I'm saying "Oh, actually there are only two left and my husband hasn't had any," he's opening and reaching into the box to grab a donut. I gave him a cupcake we had next to the donuts because I felt so awkward about the whole exchange. A minor issue compared to everything else, but still worth noting. I wanted to give Zerorez a chance to fix the mistakes before I left feedback/reviews, so I called multiple times. I was told that customer service couldn't do anything and that HR or the boss would call me back later that day. I received no call back that day, or the day after (today). I have had too many inconveniences and possible major expenses caused at this point. I have shared my experience with family and friends, and now will be sharing this post on all public review sites to warn people of the damage and unprofessionalism of this company. We will be examining the floor, and I will reach out to them again if we find any further damage."

"They did a Great job fixing the washer but was terrible working with my insurance company. They were hired on by my Incurance company but did not communicate at at all to see if the issue was covered by my insurance. When it was not They asked for the money weeks after the repair was done with out quoting it with us before hand. Ever since I have had to mediate between them and the insurance company which is ridiculous."
