One company member did an excellent job working very hard everyday & I told him that I so appreciated his efforts. Mr. Ochs asked for & also listened to my ideas & requests for various things such as updating/improving the 2 sets of railings & stairways. Have received many compliments on my new deck. My only concern was that the redwood lumber used for decking & stair posts had many knots. Mr. Ochs reassured that the knots would not affect the longevity of the deck.
