"TMW was excellent. I wanted a paver patio installed but had drainage issues that needed to be addressed first. I received a few cookie cutter quotes from other contractors but they did not addresses my drainage problems. TMW was the only contractor that was 1) creative enough to fix the drainage problems and 2) skilled enough to build a beautiful paver patio. TMW used high quality pavers and their workmanship was top notch. I now have an entirely new living space in my backyard with no drainage problems. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had. "Words cannot explain how thrilled I was upon completion of the job by Daniel and his workers. From our initial appointment, Daniel explained everything that would be done, provided a complete sketch of the project for the Architectural Commission of our HOA, and provided me with a written summary detail and cost of the bricks, coping, flowers, tree, etc. Daniel's crew worked from the time they arrived until the end of each day. I watched in amazement as one of Daniel's crew pruned a bush as if it were a delicate flower. I can't say enough about My Landscape Contractor. The quality of their work is evident in the garden wall that was built. They could have just piled the bricks on and left it with an unfinished appearance. Instead, they skillfully constructed the wall and shaved the stones to fit perfectly around the curves so there are no spaces between the bricks, brought samples of the brick, prior to installation, and recommended coping to provide a unique appearance! "We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work.
