"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"The construction went very well. It actually was completed before the estimate - it helped that I wasn't living here at the time. The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. They were responsive to my requests for little things to be changed - like the lights were installed upside down from what I wanted or the toilet paper holder needed to be moved. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks.
