"One year ago I would have given this company a 5/5 for good work and service. However one year later they will not respond to my request to repair a swing gate installation. The doors are rubbing together and the materials used to anchor posts are crumbling. This makes it almost impossible to close the gate. The gate is under warranty for one year. I contacted the company six times with no response. Once they have your money you will never see them again"

"My husband took a day off to oversee the project. It is a huge fence, big job. The installers were supposed to arrive between 8-10 am. Only one of them came and he showed up at 6 pm. They had to come back the next day to finish. They did not fix the gate as I requested and had to ask multiple times for them to come back and finish the job. They were dishonest about scheduling several times but the work was eventually done properly."

"I was feeling a little uneasy when they canceled my install last week and wasn’t sure they were going to make this appointment ( I haven’t heard anything since the cancellation), but they showed up on time. The installation was going great until we realized the good side of the fence was going to be on my neighbor’s side (which was after the framing), they immediately changed it to the correct side, even though the person I originally spoke to had put the order in wrong, these guys changed it for me without hesitation. Overall I love my fence and I am happy with the install and the installers. "

"Installed a 4' cedar fence on one side of lot, a replacement of existing old fence. is sturdy, straight and attractive. These most important pluses are offset by their leaving plastic price tags left on the bottom of the pickets which were a pain to remove, that some of the vertical posts of the removed old fence stick quite a bit out of the ground, some pickets are split and an astounding number of nails driven into one post. I am especially upset that on the day of the job they charged an extra $200 to take away the dirt from post holes. As I worked in my garden I found much of clay dirt scattered in the garden and even on the lawn. I should have checked more carefully before handing over the money. None of these issues have received a response."
