"It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

My cherry wood flooring is more difficult than normal to refinish but Mike and his buddy made it look brand new and the whole project was communicated clearly and Mike also provide followup calls to make sure things are good after the project is done. "Look no further for your flooring contractor. M Craft is the one you want. We had our wood floors refinished in four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and two hallways. Most of our floors were 50+ years old and one was 25+ years old. They look brand new now. Adrian is the owner of the company and works with his sons and other employees. He was very professional, always returning calls/texts and the crew showed up on time every day until the project was completed. He communicated well as the project progressed and happily answered our questions. His prices were very fair, and they used high-quality tools and equipment, which left remarkably little to no dust in the house. They were very respectful of our home, protected adjacent areas with blankets and plastic, and they did a nice job cleaning up and vacuuming at the end of each day. They were very meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to repair the wear and tear on the floors and even carefully moved furniture and appliances. Adrian worked with us to find the right stain colors and select the final finish, even staining a section of the floor with different colors so we could choose the one we liked best. They used a water-based stain and three topcoats, which resulted in very little fumes and odors. We were able to gently walk on the floors (socks only) after 3-4 hours. We have zero reservations in recommending M Craft to our family and friends."
