Not only did he give us the best price and save us money on the job, but he also provided contacts for other super reliable contractors for plumbing, drywall, and electric for the other small jobs on the projects. He actually called these contractors for us to ensure we were covered. I decided to GC the jobs myself since the two-bathroom projects were small and, of course, I was on a fixed budget. He delivered and installed the cabinets and provided two beautiful quartz countertops. I will follow-up with him for some additional items when we return next fall. Lester is reliable and fair and calls and texts you back! He’s a friendly guy who we thoroughly enjoyed working with. I would highly recommend him for your projects. "

"Joe seemed like a decent guy, but he wasn?t very clear about pricing. He quoted $1,000 to replace my front door, saying it was an all-day job, yet didn?t bring any brochures or options. We looked at doors on his phone, but the images were too small. He said he?d send photos later but didn?t. Instead, he called me at 8:00 AM the next day from Lowe?s the day of install asking me to choose a door, then said he couldn?t do the job that day. I ended up finding a $995 door myself. He asked if I?d put it on my card, then said he?d use his. We rescheduled, but he delayed again and showed up the following day with a helper who did most of the work. It could?ve been a half-day job. The work was fine, but the bill included unexpected charges, pickup, disposal and even installing hardware. That should?ve been discussed upfront."
