"Jordan was our installer/trainer. We are so pleased he was amazing came to our home walked with us around the property so we could talk about where we wanted the fence. He then told us where he would setup the base in our garage and where the wire would come out through the garage he asked us about a couple different options. We told him whatever is easiest for him. He responded with it isn’t what is easiest for me it is what is going to look the best and make you happy. We ended up going with his recommendation and you can’t even see the wire. ? He installed most of the fence in the sunshine but when he got to the last part it started down pouring and he kept working right through. When it came to getting the dogs involved our one dog was no problem. Our other dog is a very timid and scared dog. She was not having him be near her. He did not let that stop him. He worked with us and showed us how to do everything. He never once showed that he was upset or made us uncomfortable because our dog was nervous/stressed and acting up. They have a great way of introducing the fence to the dog but not making it a situation where you just immediately shock them. You gradually show them and they learn super quick with the training! I am so happy I chose Hidden pet fence and will recommend them to anyone who is interested in a fence!"

"Steve and his team were fantastic. He showed up to do the measurements, gave us a quote and when we agreed on the price, they ordered the materials. The materials took about 3 weeks to come in, and they setup the days to work the very next week. Steve's team were punctual, professional and did a wonderful job. We get rave reviews about our fence. The job took about 2 - 2.5 days and we live on very rocky soil. 50% deposit is due at time of booking, and the remaining amount is due after completion. I would definitely recommend Oneonta Fence and would not hesitate to use them again. They also came in just about 2k less than the Lowe's pricing estimate for the same job with a lower quality fence. "My initial experience with Jeremy (the owner) was very good. He was fair, honest, prompt, and easy to talk to. <br /> He came out in about 18 inches of snow and we walked the paramete of our backyard to see where the fence would go. <br /> Our goal was to put the chain link all around the backyard, except where our driveway is (next to the house). In that location, we wanted to go with a wooden fence. <br /> They installed the chain link very well, sturdy and very much to our liking. <br /> Where the problem came in was with the wooden part of the fence which was only about 50' of the overall job. <br /> When I came home from work, there were two giant holes in our expensive brick patio where they were putting 4x4 posts to set the wooden fence. I wish he would have let me know or asked beforehand that that would have to happen. <br /> When I called to inquire, he said that was necessary because of the location of a tree stump. <br /> We agreed I would get the stump ground down and redo the posts. <br /> When I got the stump taken out (about a week later), I called Jeremy and he said it would now be 8-10 weeks to finish the project. <br /> That seemed unacceptable to me considering he didn't let us know about the stump being an issue, or the fact that they were going to destroy our $6k brick patio. <br /> I thought about it for a day and decided I would have to hire someone else to get the wood part done faster. <br /> He left a message saying that was my prerogative, but it is my issue and not his. Also said that he is going to pull his permit and I'll have to get a new one becuase. <br /> As I said, my initial experience and dealings were very pleasant. Chain link looks good. <br /> At first sign of disagreement he was not very professional and was furious telling me to move his gear to the side so no one damages it. <br /> <br /> <br />"
