"Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. Thought has been given to how our neighbors as well us, the homeowners living at the site, would live through the project. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us. The dialog has been critical and has really led to the positive experience, to setting expectations. We needed a new roof and we were hoping to wait until the spring but we had a difficult repair by the chimney. The leak was getting worse and Mike came by to repair it so we could hold off on a new roof. The repair didn't work, and Mike came back to try again. The second repair didn't work either so we couldn't hold off until spring. It was one week before Christmas and cold. Mike worked magic and got his crew and materials together in a few days. The crew arrived on a cold day, did a complete tear off, built a "cricket" so the chimney would never leak again, and cleaned up beautifully. Mike was here the day of the install to make sure everything went as planned. We were very impressed. Mike kept in touch even though the repair didn't work and he made sure the problem was fixed. He was great to work with, very professional, he answered all of our questions, and was patient and fun. We are perfectionists and Windlickers did a fantastic job!"

"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too).
