In 4 days 3 Brother's Masonry completed the project beautifully and even did some unrelated extra work for the quoted estimate. "All aspects of the job went as well as it possibly could. The carpenter patched the roof so one couldn’t even tell a chimney had ever been there. The large metal chimney was removed without incident. The gas fireplace insert needed to be cut out so as to preserve the brick encasing the fireplace and the wood mantel. Jim then expertly installed the electric fireplace, doing a beautiful job both solidly securing the new fireplace and making sure the presentation of the fireplace was perfect! It was a pleasure to see someone take meticulous care throughout the entire job, which included thoroughly cleaning up afterwards."

"We had a fantastic experience working with Derek and James. We had a number of small projects around our house that we were trying to get done. Derek came out within a day or two of my phone call to survey the work we needed and walk us through the process and gave us an estimate for the work the next day or so. All the work turned out great, from the smallest project, installing a screen door outside, to the bigger projects, knocking down a wall to install a pocket door and doing a complete renovation of an old dirty garage. The team was fantastic - they were great about letting us know when they would be there and the work that would be done that way. They were always careful to clean up. When i noted some additional clean up that needed to be done, James came out right away the next morning and cleaned up. As expected with an old house, we encountered some unexpected issues requiring additional work - James and Derek were totally upfront about the pricing, why it needed to be done, and showed us exactly what they would be doing. I really appreciated the constant communication, upfront pricing, and commitment to the job. At the end of the job there were a couple more things that just needed to be touched up, and they were attended to right away without much follow up. Will certainly hire again for other jobs."

They corrected a problem with our chimney liner that apparently wasnâ t fastened correctly and did some repairs to the brick and sealed everything. No more leaks! Would highly recommend."
