"We hired EA Masonry a year ago to rebuild the 12 step stone stairway with a landing from the driveway to the sidewalk around the house and the three steps to the front door. The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. What separates the work of these masons is the attention to detail and the extra touches they bring to the job, not to mention their dependability and professionalism. They completed the job in a week. Beyond all that the are nice guys, my wife insists they’re artists."

He was on time for the date that we had scheduled. He used the highest quality sealer, known as Liquid Gold. We were generally happy with the work; the basement is not a finished basement, just a functional one. Mortar work was pretty good. We had to ask them to clean up some areas that had excess cement dust or spills (on driveway, blobs on cellar floor) and we also pointed out a few spots that had been missed. All of this was quickly addressed and Jim checked in to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I really appreciated the overall professionalism and respectful way this company dealt with us. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Marcello's company did and excellent job. We are now enjoying a full den with beautiful floors, a big office and a full bath. The laundry room is great with new sink and washer and dryer. They added wrought iron railings for the front steps, repaired the brickwork and added blue stone for steps and porch. The painters did an excellent job inside and out.
