Daniel, not only reached out to me but came the same day to look at my ceiling and to give me a free quote. He returned the next day and started working. He completed the job in 2 and half days. The prep was excellent and took almost as long to do the job. He and his worker was very professional and respectful. They cleaned as they completed a step. Their was no debris left in the yard or on my front porch. He explained every step before, during and after he finished. He stressed that if I wasn't satisfied with anything to please let him know. That he would make it right. His business is located and hour and 15 minutes from Albany. He was on time and worked the entire time he was here. The price was very reasonable. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails.
