"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. I would absolutely use them again!"

"Went well...waiting to find out some more details when they come out to do the chimney repairs before we understand the type of fireplace logs and anything else we need to do before we use the fireplaces this winter."

"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. I called him back within 30 minutes and asked him if he could install 2 of them for the given price. He told me he was headed my direction anyway and would be glad to stop by and do the 2 for me. He arrived at the quoted time and installed all 3 lights for me at the cost of 2 because he met my mom. He stated that it would come back to him by paying it forward. He was nice, kind and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

"It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet."

"Ben was prompt in reviewing the project and proposing a repair. He replaced a window sill in a timely manner and was concerned that the finished product met my requirements and quality concerns. I will call him again the next time I need repairs."

"Chuck responded to my voicemail quickly and came out to the house the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problems and pointed them out to ensure my understanding. Very easy going Chuck was able to complete the project same day in the matter of a couple hours. Certainly knows his way around a roof. While it hasn't rained yet I am confident his repairs solved my problem! Great experience overall."
