"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. "I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. I called him back within 30 minutes and asked him if he could install 2 of them for the given price. He told me he was headed my direction anyway and would be glad to stop by and do the 2 for me. He arrived at the quoted time and installed all 3 lights for me at the cost of 2 because he met my mom. He stated that it would come back to him by paying it forward. "It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet."
